Public data boundary
Public surfaces expose anonymous aggregate or approved export data only, never raw respondent rows or operational workbook fields.

A managed cloud database remains the canonical system for published metadata and aggregate read models; managed cloud file storage holds generated files and public reports.
Commercial use
Commercial resale, high-volume redistribution, and substantial reuse in paid products require written Kectil permission.
